复方天麻颗粒治疗急性脑梗死风痰阻络证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方天麻颗粒治疗急性脑梗死风痰阻络证的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年9月在广州市黄埔区中医医院住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。两组均进行常规治疗,治疗组加用复方天麻颗粒,连续治疗4周,观察临床症状、体征、中医证候积分、脑血管功能积分及血脂水平等。结果:对照组有效率为80.00%,治疗组有效率为92.50%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后脑血管功能积分均升高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后高密度脂蛋白水平升高,低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未出现明显不良反应。结论:复方天麻颗粒对急性脑梗死风痰阻络证有较好疗效,并能改善患者脑血管功能和血脂水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Gastrodia Granulets on meridian wind-phlegm obstruction syn-drome in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in Huangpu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou from February 2020 to September 2021 were selected.They were diagnosed as stroke with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals by TCM.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,then the treatment group was added with Compound Gastrodia Granulets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the clinical symptoms,physical signs,TCM syn-drome score,cerebrovascular function score and blood lipid level were observed in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and that of the treatment group was 92.50%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was also statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).The cerebrovascular function score of the two groups increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was also statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-density lipoprotein increased,while the levels of low-density lipoprotein,total cholesterol and triacylglycerol decreased in both groups.Compared with those before treatment,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse re-actions in both groups after treatment.Conclusion:Compound Gastrodia Granulets has good curative effect on meridian wind-phlegm obstruction syndrome in acute cerebral
