摘  要:目的观察一种光触媒消毒机对物体表面和实验室空气的消毒效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒试验和理化分析方法,检测消毒机开启时紫外线辐射照度、对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果、对气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率及对密闭房间空气中自然菌的杀灭率。结果该光触媒消毒机内紫外线辐射照度为1061μW/cm^(2)。启动该消毒机作用3 min,对距离1 m处物体表面污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值≥3.00;消毒机作用30 min对实验室内空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达99.98%,消毒机作用60 min,对自然菌的杀灭率达98.63%。结论该光触媒消毒机对物体表面和室内空气均具有良好的消毒效果。Objective In order to observe the disinfection effect of a photocatalyst disinfector on object surface and air.Methods Simulated field disinfection test and physical-chemical analysis methods were used to detect the ultraviolet radiation luminance,the killing effect of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.Niger,the killing rate of Staphylococcus Albus in the air of the aerosol chamber and the elimination rate of natural bacteria in the air of the airtight room.Results The ultraviolet intensity at the detection site was 1061μW/cm^(2).The killing logarithm value of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.Niger contaminated on object surface 1 m away from the ultraviolet photocatalyst disinfector was above 3.00 after running for 3 min.The killing rate of Staphylococcus Albus in the air of the aerosol chamber was 99.96% after running for 30 min and the killing rate of natural bacteria in the air was 98.63% after running for 60 min.Conclusion The photocatalyst disinfector has good surface and air disinfection effect.
