摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)仪测定复方消毒剂中苯扎溴铵、三氯卡班和三氯生含量的方法。方法样品经流动相稀释后采用C色谱柱分离,以65%乙腈+5%四氢呋喃+30%乙酸铵溶液(pH 4.0)为流动相,二级管阵列检测器在265 nm波长检测消毒剂中的苯扎溴铵、三氯卡班,在281 nm波长检测三氯生,外标法定量。结果苯扎溴铵、三氯卡班和三氯生分别在10.0~800.0、0.1~50.0和0.5~200.0μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(r>0.9995);方法检测限分别为3.0、0.02和0.1μg/mL;加标回收率范围为91.2%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%(n=6)。结论建立的HPLC检测法可同时测定复方消毒剂中季铵盐、三氯卡班和三氯生。Objective To establish the simultaneous determination method of benzalkonium bromide,triclocarban and triclosan in compound disinfectant by HPLC.Methods The samples were diluted by mobile phase and separated on a Ccolumn.The mobile phase was 65% acetonitrile+5% isopropanol+30% ammonium acetate solution(pH 4.0).Benzalkonium bromide and triclocarban in the disinfectant were detected at 265 nm and triclosan was detected at 281 nm by the photodiode array detector,and quantified by external standard method.Results Benzalkonium bromide,triclocarban and triclosan showed good linearity in the range of 10.0-800.0,0.1-50 and 0.5-200.0μg/mL,respectively,with the correlation coefficient(r)>0.9995.The detection limits of the method were 3.0,0.02 and 0.1μg/mL,respectively.The recovery range of standard addition was 91.2%-102.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.0%(n=6).Conclusion The HPLC method established is suitable for the simultaneous determination of quaternary ammonium salt,triclocarban and triclosan in compound disinfectants.
