摘 要:目的了解细节管理与全程督导的模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控管理的效果。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取2019年1—12月326例患者为对照组,参照2011年发布《多重耐药菌医院感染预防与控制技术指南》管理;2020年1—12月352例患者为干预组,实施细节管理与全程督导模式,对医院环境物体表面和消毒前后多重耐药菌检测结果进比较分析。结果干预组病房物体表面消毒合格率高于对照组,干预组最低为84.2%,对照组最低为68.3%;2组使用中消毒液合格率无统计学差异。干预组多重耐药菌检出率高于对照组(P<0.05),但多重耐药菌感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施细节管理与全程督导模式用于多重耐药菌防控管理可提高消毒后合格率及降低多重耐药菌院内感染率。Objective To understand the effect of detail management and whole-process supervision mode in the prevention and control management of multidrug-resistant bacteria nosocomial infection.Methods Sampling retrospective study method was used to compare and analyze multiple drug resistant bacteria on the surface and before and after disinfection.326 patients from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,management by referring to the Technical Guide for Prevention and Control of Hospital Infection with Multiple Drug Resistant Bacteria issued in 2011.352 patients from January to December 2020 were included in the intervention group,implement detail management and whole-process supervision mode.Results The qualified rate of surface disinfection in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group.The intervention group had a minimum of 84.2%,and 68.3%was the lowest in the control group.There was no statistical difference in the qualified rate of disinfectant between the two groups.The detection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).however,the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing detailed management and whole-process supervision mode for the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria can improve the qualified rate after disinfection and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection of multidrug-resistant bacteria.
