摘  要:目的观察一种新型装载架对降低过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器超载报错率的效果。方法选取2020年2—10月期间所回收清洗合格的腔镜器械包,随机分为2组,放入2台过氧化氢低温等离子设备灭菌,各组分别灭菌534锅次,共灭菌1068锅次,其中对照组使用设备原装的装载架,试验组使用新型装载架。对比2组灭菌后发生报错的情况、操作员装载依从率、正确执行率的情况。结果在过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌系统中,试验组发生超载报错1次,报错率为0.19%,明显低于对照组(16次,报错率2.30%)。试验组操作员装载依从率、正确执行率分别为98.13%和99.81%,均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论使用新型装载架可有效降低过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌系统超载报错率。Objective To observe the effect of a new self-developed loading rack for reducing the overload error rate of the HOlow-temperature plasma sterilization system.Methods Selecting the endoscopic device packages that have been reprocessed from February to October 2020,and randomly putting them into two group of HOlow-temperature plasma sterilizer for sterilization.A total of 1068 cycles were operateed,of which the control group used the original loading rack of the sterilizer for 534 cycles,and the experimental group used the new self-developed loading rack for 534 cycles,respectively.The error reporting of the two sterilizers after sterilization,operator’s loading compliance rate and correct execution rate were compared.Results In the H_(2)O_(2) low-temperature plasma sterilization system,the experimental group which used the new self-developed loading rack reported 1 overload,with an error rate of 0.19%,while the control group which used the original loading rack reported 16 overload errors,with an error rate of 2.30%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The loading compliance rate of operators in the experimental group was 98.13% and the correct execution rate was 99.81%.They were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of the new self-developed loading rack for the HOlow-temperature plasma sterilization system can effectively reduce the overload error rate.
