摘　　要：目的了解广西民营医院消毒效果,查找消毒灭菌薄弱环节。方法通过现场采样检测方法,对广西3个地级市共34家民营医院消毒质量进行监督监测。结果共采集样品577份,合格512份,总体合格率88.73%。使用中消毒液、灭菌物品和灭菌器的合格率均为100%;物体表面、室内空气和医务人员手消毒质量合格率分别为96.25%、80.39%和72.47%。结论广西民营医院总体消毒质量较好,应加强专科医院手卫生管理。Objective To know the disinfection effect of private hospitals in Guangxi and to seek the deficiency of disinfection and sterilization.Methods Field sample and detection was used to monitor disinfection quality of 34 private hospitals in three prefectural cities of Guangxi.Results A total of 577 samples were collected,of which 512 were qualified,with the overall qualified rate was 88.73%.The qualified rate of disinfectant in use,sterilization of medical items,and effects of steam sterilizer were all 100%,and the qualified rate of object surface,the indoor air,hand hygiene were 96.25%,80.39%and 72.47%respectively.Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of private hospitals in Guangxi is good,and supervision should be strenghthened.
