摘  要:为掌握柞蚕Antheraea pernyi(Guérin-Méneville)卵繁育黏虫赤眼蜂Trichogramma leucaniae Pang&Chen的滞育诱导条件,明确诱导温度和历期对该蜂滞育效果的影响,于室内对不同诱导温度(8、10、12、14℃)和诱导历期(10、20、30、40 d)下柞蚕卵内黏虫赤眼蜂的滞育率进行比较分析。结果表明:诱导温度和诱导历期对黏虫赤眼蜂的滞育均有显著影响。4个温度均能诱导黏虫赤眼蜂进入滞育,但伴随诱导历期的改变,滞育率发生较大变化。在8、10、12℃下,滞育率随诱导历期的延长逐渐增加,而在14℃下滞育率则先升高后降低。4个温度下,诱导历期为20 d时,黏虫赤眼蜂的滞育率在66.32%以上;而诱导历期为30 d和40 d时,滞育率则达到85.63%以上。相同诱导历期下,12℃下诱导时均表现出较高的滞育率,诱导30 d黏虫赤眼蜂即可进入稳定的滞育状态,滞育率达92.86%;在该滞育条件下,黏虫赤眼蜂在卵期、幼虫前期、中期、后期以及预蛹期均能被诱导进入滞育,前4者的滞育率分别为91.94%、92.01%、94.50%和96.13%,均显著高于预蛹期的滞育率50.53%。表明黏虫赤眼蜂滞育诱导最适宜的温度为12℃,诱导历期为30 d,从卵至幼虫后期均可以对该蜂进行滞育诱导。To clarify the influence of induction temperature and period on diapause of egg parasitoid Trichogramma leucaniae Pang&Chen reared on the eggs of Chinese tussar moth Antheraea pernyi(Guérin-Méneville),the diapause rates of T.leucaniae in A.pernyi eggs under different induction temperatures(8,10,12 and 14℃)and induction periods(10,20,30 and 40 d)were investigated.The results showed that,under all tested temperatures,T.leucaniae could be induced into diapause,but the diapause rate changed significantly along with the different induction periods.At 8,10 and 12℃,the diapause rate increased with increasing induction period,while the diapause rate increased firstly and then decreased at 14℃.At all tested temperatures for 20 d,the diapause rates of T.leucaniae were above 66.32%.When the induction period was 30 d and 40 d,the diapause rate of T.leucaniae was above 85.63%.Under the same induction period,there was higher diapause rate at 12℃:at 12℃ for 30 d,92.86% of T.leucaniae were induced into diapause.Additionally,under this diapause condition,from egg stage to prepupal stage,T.leucaniae could be induced into diapause.The diapause rate did not vary significantly in the stages of egg(91.94%),earlier(92.01%),intermediate(94.50%)and later(96.13%)periods of larvae.Diapause rates during the above four periods were significantly higher than those during the prepupae stage(50.53%).These results indicate that the optimal temperature and induction periods for diapause induction of T.leucaniae were 12℃ and 30 d,respectively,and diapause could be induced from egg to larval stage of T.leucaniae.
