摘  要:为探究大气CO_(2)浓度升高条件下西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis对新烟碱类杀虫剂氟吡呋喃酮的生理代谢机制,在正常(400μL/L)和倍增(800μL/L)CO_(2)浓度下采用浸渍法测定氟吡呋喃酮对西花蓟马的毒力,研究氟吡呋喃酮低致死剂量LC_(20)处理对西花蓟马超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、羧酸酯酶(carboxylesterase,CarE)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(glutathione-S-transferase,GST)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AChE)活性的影响。结果表明,CO_(2)浓度倍增条件下,氟吡呋喃酮对西花蓟马的致死中浓度LC_(50)为293.78 mg/L,仅为400μL/L CO_(2)浓度下的60.53%。在2个CO_(2)浓度下,氟吡呋喃酮LC20处理后的西花蓟马体内POD、CAT、CarE、GST和AChE活性显著升高,其中高CO_(2)浓度下POD、CAT、CarE和GST活性高于正常CO_(2)浓度下的活性。表明高CO_(2)浓度可以增强氟吡呋喃酮的杀虫效果;且CO_(2)浓度倍增和杀虫剂的交互作用对西花蓟马体内POD和CAT保护酶及CarE和GST解毒酶活性具有叠加效应。To explore the physiological and metabolic mechanism of new neonicotinoid insecticides in western flower thrips Frankliniella occidentalis under elevated CO_(2) concentration,the toxicity of flupyradifurone to F.occidentalis under ambient(400μL/L)and elevated(800μL/L)CO_(2) was tested using soak method,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),carboxylesterase(CarE),glutathione-S-transferase(GST)and acetylcholinesterase(AChE)in F.occidentalis were determined after treated with LC_(20) flupyradifurone.The results showed that,under elevated CO_(2) concentration,the LC50 value of flupyradifurone to F.occidentalis was 293.78 mg/L,and it was only 60.53% of those under ambient CO_(2) concentration.Under both CO_(2) concentration levels,the activities of POD,CAT,CarE,GST and AChE in F.occidentalis were significantly increased after treated with LC_(20) flupyradifurone,in which higher POD,CAT,CarE and GST activities were observed under elevated CO_(2) concentration compared with ambient CO_(2) concentration.It indicated that elevated CO_(2) enhanced the efficacy of flupyradifurone against F.occidentalis,and the interaction between doubling CO_(2) concentration and insecticide treatment imposed an additive effect on the activities of protective enzymes(POD,CAT)and detoxifying enzymes(CarE,GST)in F.occidentalis.
