东亚人鼻尖肥大的成因与分型研究进展

摘　　要：鼻尖肥大是指宽大、鼻尖表现点不明显且间距较大的鼻尖形态异常,在东亚人群中广泛存在,其矫正需建立在充分了解其解剖学成因和分型的基础之上。鼻尖肥大的成因是复杂的,可以大致分为软组织性肥大和软骨性肥大,前者包括软组织肥厚、鼻尖韧带支撑结构异常、穹隆间脂肪垫存在,后者主要是由于鼻尖软骨(包括内侧脚、中间脚和外侧脚)形态异常所致。该文就鼻尖肥大的成因与分型的研究进展进行了综述,并重点着眼于东亚人鼻尖肥大的特点。The bulbous tip is characterized by a broad,rectangular appearance of the tip lobule on basal view,with widely spaced tip-defining points.It exists widely in East Asians and its correction should be based on the full understanding of its anatomical causes and classifications.The bulbous tip is generally classified as soft tissue hypertrophy and alar cartilage hypertrophy according to its anatomical causes.The former includes thickened soft tissue,abnormal supporting structure of nasal tip ligament,and the existence of interdomal fat pads.The latter is mainly caused by abnormal morphology of nasal tip cartilage(including medial foot,middle foot,and lateral foot).And there are some clinically useful classifications that are more detailed.This paper reviewed the causes and classifications of the bulbous tip,especially in East Asians.
