摘 要:目的 评价二氧化氯消毒剂对重症医学科(ICU)病房耐碳青霉烯类鲍氏不动杆菌(CRAB)的消毒效果和适用性。方法 采用实验研究法探讨二氧化氯消毒效果,2019年7-9月为对照组(使用500mg/L含氯消毒剂),2019年10-12月为实验组(使用100 mg/L二氧化氯消毒剂),分析贵州医科大学附属医院ICU病房高频接触表面CRAB检出率的差异。结果 ICU病房CRAB高频检出表面为呼吸机管路、头垫巾等;使用500 mg/L含氯消毒剂进行消毒,CRAB检出率为13.64%,使用100 mg/L二氧化氯进行消毒,CRAB检出率为12.40%,两种消毒剂比较CRAB检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.078,P=0.780)。结论 二氧化氯能作为含氯消毒剂的替代品使用于医疗机构中,ICU病房需加强对CRAB高频检出表面的清洁与消毒。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the disinfection effect and applicability of chlorine dioxide disinfectant oncarbapenems-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB) in intensive care unit(ICU).METHODS The experimental research method was used to explore the efficacy of chlorine dioxide disinfection. Time period from July to September 2019 was used as the control group(using 500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant), and time period from October to December 2019 was considered as the experimental group(using 100 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectant). The difference in the detection rate of CRAB on high-touch surfaces in ICU ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University was analyzed. RESULTS CRAB high frequency detection surfaces in ICU ward was ventilator tubes, head pads, etc. The detection rate of CRAB was 13.64% using 500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for disinfection, and 12.40% using 100 mg/L chlorine dioxide for disinfection. The difference between the two disinfectants in the detection rate of CRAB was not significant(χ^(2)=0.078,P=0.780). CONCLUSION Chlorine dioxide can be used as a substitute for chlorine-containing disinfectant in medical institutions, and the cleaning and disinfection of CRAB high-frequency detection surface should be strengthened in ICU.
