摘  要:目的 评价二氧化氯消毒剂对重症医学科(ICU)物体表面多药耐药菌的消毒效果。方法 分别采用500 mg/L含氯消毒剂和100 mg/L二氧化氯消毒剂擦拭消毒ICU环境物体表面,对ICU的呼吸机操作面板和按钮、微量泵按钮或面板等高频接触的医疗用品物体表面以及床旁桌、床栏、电脑键盘等其他物体表面擦拭消毒,分别于消毒前及消毒后2 h内采样。比较两组对ICU多药耐药菌(MDRO)的清除效果和杀菌率。结果 消毒前含氯消毒剂组物体表面检出MDRO 24份,二氧化氯消毒剂组物体表面检出MDRO 35份,MDRO检出率分别是22.64%、19.02%,两组MDRO的检出率差异无统计学意义(P=0.460);消毒后含氯消毒剂组检出MDRO 4份,二氧化氯组未检出MDRO,二氧化氯组MDRO的检出率低于含氯消毒剂组(P=0.017),医疗用品物体表面MDRO的检出率无统计学差异(P=0.413),其他物体表面二氧化氯组MDRO的检出率低于含氯消毒剂组(P=0.038)。二氧化氯组杀菌率高于含氯消毒剂组(P=0.033)。结论 二氧化氯消毒剂是一种高效、安全、广谱的强力杀菌剂,能够切断多药耐药菌的接触传播,适合用于医院内多药耐药菌的感染控制。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide disinfectant on Intensive Care Unit(ICU) surface contaminated with multidrug-resistant organism. METHODS 500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant or chlorine dioxide disinfectant of 100 mg/L was used to wipe the surface of environmental objects, such as the high-frequency contacted surfaces of ventilator operation panel and buttons, micro pump buttons or panels and bedside table, bed rail and computer keyboard. Samples were collected before and 2 hours after disinfection and used to evaluate the effect of disinfectants on ICU multi-drug resistant organism in the two groups. RESULTS Before disinfection, 24 cases of MDRO were found on the surface of objects in the chlorine disinfectant group and 35 cases of MDRO were found on the surface of objects in the chlorine dioxide disinfectant group, with the detection rates of 22.64% and 19.02%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the detection rates of MDRO between the two groups(P=0.460). After the disinfection, there were 4 samples that were detected with MDRO in the chlorine-containing disinfectant group and no sample that was detected with MDRO in the chlorine dioxide group;the isolation rate of MDRO was lower in the chlorine dioxide group than in the chlorine-containing disinfectant group(P=0.017).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of MDRO on the surface of medical supplies(P=0.413). On the surface of other objects, the detection rate of MDRO in the chlorine dioxide group was significantly lower than that in the chlorine disinfectant group(P=0.038). The MDRO rate in the chlorine dioxide group was significantly higher than that in the chlorine disinfectant group(P=0.033). CONCLUSION Chlorine dioxide disinfectant is an efficient, safe and broad-spectrum powerful fungicide, which can help to block contact transmission of multi-drug-resistant organism and can be used for infection control in hospitals.
