摘　　要：目的 了解并分析甘肃省医院医院感染管理质控中心的运行工作情况及各级医疗机构医院感染管理现状,为促进全省医疗机构院感工作的进一步发展奠定基础。方法 2020年6-8月采用问卷星及调查表相结合的形式,向全省各级医疗机构的院感专兼职人员进行问卷调查,调查内容包括医疗机构的基本情况,医院感染管理情况,院感人员结构,医院感染管理信息系统的配备等。结果 共接收到90家医院的237位院感人员的有效问卷。64家二级医院,26家三级医院。女性191人,占80.59%;年龄以41~50岁为主,共79人,占33.33%;人员以护理专业为主,占65.40%;学历以本科以上学历为主,共157人,占66.24%;院感专职人员213人,占89.87%;配备有独立的医院感染管理信息系统的20家,占22.22%;能够将医院感染质量控制纳入到全院医疗质量质控考核范畴的有80家医院,占88.89%;78.92%的院感工作者参加由省院感质控中心举办的全省院感年会作为主要培训。在此次疫情期间,99.16%的人员认为省、市级医院感染管理质控中心采取的培训、督导等工作对医院的疫情防控有很大帮助。结论 本省二级以上医院感染管理组织结构基本健全,相关规章制度基本建立,省、市级质控中心基本能够履行职能,开展本地区医院感染的督查、指导、培训等工作。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of work in nosocomial infection management and quality control centers and management of nosocomial infection in medical institutions at all levels in Gansu Province. METHODS From Jun 2020 to Aug 2020, a questionnaire survey was conducted for full-time and part-time personnel in the medical institutions of the whole province by means of Wenjuanxing and questionnaire, the contents of the survey mainly include basic information of medical institutions, status of management of nosocomial infection, structure of infection control personnel and information systems for control of nosocomial infection. RESULTS A total of 237 effective questionnaires were received from 90 hospitals. There were 64 secondary hospitals and 26 tertiary hospitals. There were 191(80.59%) females. The participants aged between 41 and 50 years old were dominant, accounting for 33.33%(79);the nursing staff were dominant, accounting for 65.40%;157(66.24%) had bachelor degree or above;there were 213(89.87%) full-time staff;20 hospitals were equipped with independent hospital infection management information system, accounting for 22.22%, and 80 hospitals were able to bring hospital infection quality control into the scope of hospital medical quality control assessment, accounting for 88.89%;78.92% of the staff participated in the annual meeting of the provincial quality control center of nosocomial infection as the main training. During the epidemic period, 99.16% of the staff thought that the training and supervision work taken by the provincial and municipal hospital infection management and quality control center was of great help to the prevention and control of epidemic. CONCLUSION The organization structures of management of nosocomial infection are basically made sound in secondary or above hospitals of the province, the related regulatory frameworks have been basically established, the quality control centers at provincial and municipal levels can basically fulfill functions and carry out supervisi
