内热针临床应用现状与中医指导理论探析

摘　　要：内热针是一种将电热丝置于针体内,通过交流电加热,达到使刺入治疗部位的针体升温并对温度可控的一种新型治疗仪器,其治疗作用兼具针刺和温针的功效。近年来,内热针在临床应用中已经取得了较为满意的疗效,但其应用领域及其指导理论方面尚有所局限。本文拟通过对内热针临床应用情况进行综述,对其指导理论与临床适用病症选择方面进行总结分析,发现该疗法目前应用的局限所在,并结合传统中医辨证诊治原则及经络学说,探求内热针疗法在指导理论及应用领域方面的拓展,以期抛砖引玉为临床学者更好地运用内热针提供新思路。Internal thermal needle is a new type of therapeutic instrument in which an electric wire is placed in the needle body,and the needle body inserted into the treatment site is heated by alternating current,and the temperature is controlled.Its therapeutic effect has the function of both acupuncture and warm needle.In recent years,the clinical application of internal thermal needle has achieved satisfactory results,but its application field and guiding theory are still limited.This article intends to review the clinical application of internal heat needle,summarize and analyze its guiding theory and the selection of clinically applicable diseases,find out the limitations of the current application of this therapy,and explore the expansion of the guiding theory and application field of internal thermal needle in combination with the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of meridians and collaterals,so as to provide new ideas for clinical scholars to better use internal thermal needle.
