神经妥乐平并芳香疗法治疗神经病理性疼痛研究

摘　　要：目的探讨神经妥乐平与芳香疗法联用对脊髓损伤神经病理性疼痛患者疼痛症状、睡眠状况及生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月开封市中心医院96例脊髓损伤神经病理性疼痛患者,按照随机数字表分为A组、B组、C组各32例。A组采取盐酸氢考酮控释片+神经妥乐平+芳香疗法,B组采取盐酸氢考酮控释片+神经妥乐平,C组采取盐酸氢考酮控释片,持续治疗14 d。统计3组治疗前、治疗14 d后简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、多导睡眠参数[睡眠效率(SE)、觉醒时间(WASO)、睡眠潜伏期(SL)]及WHO生存质量测定简表评分。结果治疗前3组SF-MPQ评分比较,治疗前3组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗14 d后A组PRI(13.95±1.57)分、VAS(1.92±0.18)分、PPI(1.78±0.12)分、SAS(40.08±3.44)分、SDS(41.41±4.37)分均低于B组、C组,B组低于C组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后A组SL(66.12±5.78)min、WASO(47.72±5.11)min低于B组、C组,SE(89.88±8.12)%高于B组、C组,且B组SL、WASO低于C组,SE高于C组(P<0.05);治疗前、治疗14 d 3组WHO-QOL-BREF评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗14 d 3组组内WHO-QOL-BREF评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论神经妥乐平联合芳香疗法有助于降低脊髓损伤神经病理性疼痛患者疼痛症状,缓解疼痛,减轻负面情绪,改善睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effects of Neurotropin combined with Aromatherapy on pain symptoms,sleep status and quality of life in patients with neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 96 patients with neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury in Kaifeng Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to the random number table,with 32 cases in each group.Group A was treated with hydrocodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets+Neurotropin+Aromatherapy,group B was treated with hydrocodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets+Neurotropin,and group C was treated with hydrocodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets,for continuous 14 days.The SF-MPQ scores,self-rating Anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,polysomnogram parameters[sleep efficiency(SE),wake-time after sleep onset(WASO),sleep latency(SL)]and WHO quality of life short scale scores were analyzed before and 14 days after treatment in the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in SF-MPQ scores,SAS and SDS scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of PRI(13.95±1.57),VAS(1.92±0.18),PPI(1.78±0.12),SAS(40.08±3.44)and SDS(41.41±4.37)in group A were lower than those in group B and group C,and group B was lower than group C(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,SL(66.12±5.78)min and WASO(47.72±5.11)min in group A were lower than those in groups B and C,SE(89.88±8.12)%was higher than those in groups B and C,and SL and WASO in group B were lower than those in group C,and SE was higher than those in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the WHO-QOL-BREF score between the three groups before treatment and after 14 days of treatment(P>0.05),and the WHO-QOL-BREF score in the three groups after 14 days of treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurotropin combined with Aromatherapy can reduce pain symptoms,relieve pain,r
