筋骨针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及对疼痛、临床症状的影响

摘　　要：目的分析筋骨针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2019年4月至2021年7月诊治的神经根型颈椎病患者83例,将患者按照随机数字表分为两组,常规组41例使用毫针治疗,观察组42例则采用筋骨针疗法,两组患者均治疗14 d。观察两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛情况、临床症状和有无不良反应出现。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率97.62%高于常规组85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1周后、2周后的疼痛程度评分(3.24±1.07)分、(2.05±0.71)分低于常规组(4.06±1.15)分、(2.88±0.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状改善情况评分(7.38±1.36)分、(1.74±0.35)分、(5.67±1.37)分优于常规组(6.27±1.58)分、(1.22±0.37)分、(4.82±1.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应均较少(P>0.05)。结论筋骨针疗法在神经根型颈椎病的应用中有良好的治疗效果,可有效缓解疼痛,减轻临床症状,且不良反应较少。Objecitive To analyze the clinical effect of sinew-bone needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 83 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy diagnosed and treated in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from April 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.41 patients in the conventional group were treated with filiform needle therapy,and 42 patients in the observation group were treated with sinew-bone needle therapy.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The treatment effect,pain status,clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,higher than that of the conventional group 85.37%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of the observation group were(3.24±1.07)and(2.05±0.71),lower than those of conventional group(4.06±1.15)and(2.88±0.96),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptom improvement in the observation group were(7.38±1.36),(1.74±0.35),(5.67±1.37),better than those in the conventional group(6.27±1.58),(1.22±0.37),(4.82±1.29),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sinew-bone needle therapy has good therapeutic effect in the application of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can effectively relieve pain,reduce clinical symptoms,and with less adverse reactions.
