摘　　要：在国家“碳达峰”、“碳中和”战略背景下,结合轨道交通系统的技术经济特性、国家综合立体交通网规划,分析了轨道交通快运市场的供需状况、轨道交通系统物理基础设施与技术支撑条件,创新性提出了轨道交通系统快捷货物运输服务供应链的概念、轨道交通系统快捷货物运输服务供应链的构建策略与物理网络节点的选择、以及轨道交通系统快捷货物运输方案的规划,旨在融合集成95306+AFC平台并充分扩展,打造货运服务领域的MaaS(Mobility as a Service)新模式,以数据衔接出行需求与服务资源,推动低碳、高效的联程联运现代货运物流组织方式的发展与应用。Under the national strategy background of peak carbon and neural carbon,combining with the technique and economy feature of rail system,the national planning of comprehensive and three-dimensional transport network,this paper analyzed the supply-demand status of rail express freight market,the physical rail infrastructure and technical support conditions.And then it proposed the concept for service supply chain of rail express freight,the construction strategy for the service supply chain and the selection of the physical nodes,as well as the planning for transportation solutions of rail express freight.The goal of this study is to integrate 95306 platform with AFC and extend them fully,so as to build the new mode of MaaS(Mobility as a Service)in the freight transportation area,and promote the development and application of connecting freight transport towards the modern low-carbon and high-efficiency logistics organization,by connecting the transport demand with the service resources through data.
