摘  要:以陕西汉中定军山蓝莓基地兔眼蓝莓、南高丛蓝莓和北高丛蓝莓3种蓝莓根际土壤为试材,运用高通量扩增子测序技术,对土壤微生物的多样性、结构和组成进行分析,以期为后续开发蓝莓功能微生物提供参考依据。结果表明:不同品种的蓝莓根际微生物群落结构存在显著性差异,其中北高丛蓝莓土样细菌多样性最高,兔眼蓝莓根际土样真菌多样性最高。蓝莓根际土壤占比大于1%的细菌门共有11个,占比大于1%的细菌属共有20个,酸杆菌门、放线菌门和变形菌门为3种蓝莓根际共同优势细菌门。占比大于1%的真菌门有3个,占比大于1%的真菌属有14个,子囊菌门为3种蓝莓根际共同优势真菌门。品种类型是影响蓝莓根际微生物群落结构和多样性的重要因素。Rhizosphere microorganisms diversity, structure and compositionof Vaccinium ashei,South Vaccinium corymbosum and North Vaccinium corymbosum in Dingjun Mountain, Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province were analyzed by high throughput amplicon sequencing method, in order to provide reference for the subsequent development of blueberry functional microorganisms.The results showed that there were significant differences in the microbial community structure in the rhizosphere of different blueberries.The diversity of rhizosphere bacteria of North Vaccinium corymbosum were the highest diversity.The diversity of rhizosphere fungi of Vaccinium ashei were the highest diversity.There were 11 bacterial phyla that account for more than 1% of blueberry rhizosphere soil, and 20 bacterial genera that account for more than 1%.Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria were the three common dominant bacteria phyla of blueberry rhizosphere.There were 3 fungal phyla that account for more than 1%,and 14fungal genera that account for more than 1%.Ascomycota was the common dominant fungus phyla of three blueberry rhizospheres.Variety type was an important factor affecting the structure and diversity of blueberry rhizosphere microbial community.
