老年急腹症外科诊治中值得关注的若干问题

摘　　要：我国已步入老龄化社会。老年急腹症患者的临床表现复杂,往往存在多种合并症。对于老年急腹症,腹部体检和实验室检查结果往往不能反映患者的病情。临床诊治中应注重疾病的鉴别诊断。老年急腹症的治疗不仅需要规范化的镇痛治疗,更要注重对疾病的评估,采取多学科协作的方法制定适宜的治疗方案。China has entered an aging society.Elderly patients with acute abdomen have complex clinical manifestations and often have more complications.For elderly acute abdomen,the results of abdominal physical examination and laboratory testing often can not reflect the patient’s condition.The differential diagnosis of diseases should be emphasized in clinical diagnosis and treatment.The treatment of acute abdomen in the elderly not only needs standardized analgesic treatment,but also pays attention to the evaluation of the disease,and adopts multidisciplinary cooperation to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
