摘　　要：目的:探究医务人员压力知觉对焦虑水平的影响,以及预防应对与预先应对、工作-家庭平衡对压力知觉与焦虑水平之间关系的影响。方法:采用压力知觉量表、未来取向应对量表、工作-家庭平衡量表和焦虑自评量表对533名医务人员进行调查。结果:中介效应检验结果显示,压力知觉不仅能直接影响医务人员的焦虑水平,也可通过预先应对和工作-家庭平衡间接影响焦虑(分别占总效应的7.16%、11.02%),还可通过预防应对→预先应对(效应占比为8.75%)或预防应对→工作-家庭平衡的复合式多重中介间接影响医务人员焦虑(效应占比为2.23%)。结论:压力知觉通过预防应对和预先应对、工作-家庭平衡影响医务人员焦虑水平,且未来取向应对的序列模型在医务人员中得到验证。Objective:To explore the relationship between perceived stress and anxiety of medical staff,and the mediating effects of preventive coping,proactive coping and work-family balance on it.Methods:533 medical staff were recruited to finish the perceived stress scale,future-oriented coping inventory,work-family balance scale and anxiety self-rating scale.Results:The mediation effect test showed that perceived stress not only directly influenced the anxiety level in medical staff,but also indirectly influenced anxiety level through proactive coping and work-family balance(7.16%and 11.02%of the total effect,respectively).Also,perceived stress indirectly influenced the anxiety level in medical staff through the composite multiple mediations of preventive coping→proactive coping(8.75%of the total effect)or preventive coping→work-family balance(2.23%of the total effect).Conclusion:Perceived stress affects the anxiety level in medical staff through preventive coping,proactive coping,and work-family balance.In addition,the sequential model of future-oriented coping was validated among medical staff.
