孕早期妊娠压力与焦虑、抑郁发生的关联分析

摘　　要：目的:了解孕早期妇女妊娠压力和焦虑、抑郁的现状,并探讨孕早期妊娠压力与焦虑、抑郁之间的关联。方法:采用问卷调查为基础的横断面调查,运用PPS、SAS、SDS等评定量表对10143名孕早期妇女进行妊娠压力及焦虑、抑郁评定。结果:10143名孕早期妇女压力检出率为77.4%,焦虑检出率为12.0%,抑郁检出率为45.4%。在控制了人口学特征及孕产史等混杂因素后,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:孕早期妊娠压力是孕妇发生焦虑的危险因素,OR值为6.428(95%CI:4.753-8.694);孕早期妊娠压力也是孕妇抑郁发生的危险因素,OR值为2.964(95%CI:2.627-3.345)。结论:孕早期妊娠压力与孕妇焦虑、抑郁的发生有关,应采取有效措施排解孕早期妊娠压力,以促进孕妇心理健康。Objective:To investigate the status of pregnancy stress,anxiety and depression in early pregnant women,and to explore the relationship between pregnancy stress,anxiety and depression.Methods:A cross-sectional survey based on questionnaire survey was adopted;SAS,SDS and PPS were used to investigate the stress,anxiety and depression of 10143 early pregnant women.Results:The detection rate of pressure in 10143 women in early pregnancy was 77.4%,anxiety 12.0%,and depression 45.4%.The results of logistic model showed that pregnancy stress was a risk factor for anxiety in early pregnancy,OR=6.428(95%CI:4.753-8.694);Pregnancy stress was also a risk factor for depression in early pregnancy,OR=2.964(95%CI:2.627-3.345).Conclusion:The stress of early pregnancy is related to the occurrence of anxiety and depression.Effective measures should be taken to relieve the stress of early pregnancy and reduce the occurrence of psychological problems,so as to promote the mental health of pregnant women.
