摘　　要：在古籍数字化整理与保存领域,文献、文本、知识被重塑为数据形式,这些数据形式当中存在的集外字问题会导致研究成果的误差,甚至出现结果缺乏可解释性的现象。本文以《方志物产》为研究对象,归纳总结了《方志物产》的数字化历程和文献特征,分析了《方志物产》集外字形成因素,在此基础上提出解决《方志物产》集外字问题的路径和方法。In the field of digitisation and preservation of ancient books, documents, texts and knowledge are reshaped into data forms, and the problem of extra-collective characters in these data forms can lead to errors in research results and even a lack of interpretability of results. Although there has been a promising progress in the development of the relevant infrastructure and corresponding practical research over time, there are still many unresolved extra-collective characters, especially in some rare and special literature. This paper takes the handwritten copy of Produce in Local Chronicles as the object of study, summarises the digitisation workflow and documentary features of the work, analyses the factors that have shaped the extra-collective characters, and on this basis proposes approaches to solving the problem of out-of-set characters.
