摘　　要：Cajal间质细胞广泛分布于人类和哺乳动物的消化道肌层中,被称为消化道的起搏细胞,其结构和数量的改变可导致消化道动力障碍。Cajal间质细胞有重要的生理功能,有望成为消化道动力障碍性疾病治疗的新靶点。该文拟对Cajal间质细胞的基本特征及其在消化道动力障碍性疾病中作用的相关研究作一综述。Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICCs)are widely distributed in the muscular layer of human and mammalian digestive tract.They are called pacing cells of digestive tract.The change of their structure and quantity can lead to gastrointestinal motility disorder.Because of their important physiological functions,ICCs are expected to become a new target for the treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders.This paper reviews the basic characteristics of ICCs and their role in gastrointestinal motility disorders.
