芒针透刺督脉组穴治疗缺血性脑卒中后运动及平衡功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芒针透刺督脉组穴对缺血性脑卒中后运动及平衡功能障碍的影响。方法:收集60例缺血性脑卒中后运动及平衡功能障碍患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,治疗前及疗程结束后对两组患者的步行能力(Holden)、平衡功能(BBS)及日常生活能力(BBS)进行评分。结果:1、治疗前、后,对照组组内BBS、MBI量表得分均提高,且差异非常有统计学意义(P<0.01);2、治疗前、后,实验组组内BBS、MBI量表得分均提高,且差异非常有统计学意义(P<0.01);3、三个疗程治疗后,两组患者BBS、MBI、Holden步行能力量表的得分及临床疗效对比,结果均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:芒针透刺督脉组穴能够显著改善缺血性脑卒中患者的运动及平衡功能,对提高患者的日常生活能力具有重要意义,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at the Dumai group on exercise and balance dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with motor and balance dysfunction after ischemic stroke were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The walking ability(Holden),balanced function(BBS) and daily living ability(BBS)were scored before and after treatment.Results:1.Before and after treatment,the BBS and MBI scale scores in the control group increased,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01);2.Before and after treatment,the BBS and MBI scales scores into the experimental group were all increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);3.After three courses of treatment,the scores and clinical efficacy of the BBS,MBI,and Holden walking ability scales in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture through acupuncture points in the Dumai group can significantly improve the exercise and balance functions of patients with ischemic stroke,which is of great significance for improving patients’ ability of daily living,and is worthy of clinical reference.
