摘　　要：王昊教授总结多年治疗大肠癌化疗相关性腹泻经验自拟补肠止泻方以治疗此病之脾胃虚弱证。王教授认为大肠癌患者素体本虚,化疗又使药毒积聚,从而加重脾胃虚弱。脾失健运,胃失和降,运化失常,大肠传导失司,分清泌浊功能失常,导致出现泄泻,因此肠癌化疗相关性腹泻以脾胃虚弱证多见,通过自拟补肠止泻方,达到健脾和胃,除湿止泻的功效,疗效可观。附验案两则,以资佐证。Professor Wang Hao summarized his experience in the treatment of chemotherapy-related diarrhea of colorectal cancer for many years,and developed a self-made formula for tonifying intestines and stopping diarrhea to treat the spleen and stomach weakness syndrome of this disease.Professor Wang believes that patients with colorectal cancer are deficient in the body,and chemotherapy causes the accumulation of drugs and toxins,which aggravates the weakness of the spleen and stomach.The spleen fails to function well,the stomach loses harmony and falls,the movement and transformation is abnormal,the large intestine conduction is out of order,and the function of distinguishing turbid secretion is abnormal,resulting in diarrhea.Therefore,the diarrhea associated with chemotherapy for colorectal cancer is more common in the spleen stomach asthenia syndrome.Through the self-made formula for tonifying the intestine and stopping diarrhea,the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach,removing dampness and stopping diarrhea is achieved,and the curative effect is considerable.Two cases are attached for verification.
