缓倾斜破碎矿体集群式液压支柱护顶空场嗣后充填采矿法研究

摘　　要：针对水银洞金矿缓倾斜破碎富水矿床顶板支护难、开采效率低的难题,基于岩体质量评价优化顶板支护技术,进一步提出了集群式液压支柱护顶空场嗣后充填采矿法。Q系统岩体质量评价结果表明,底板灰岩、矿体黏土质粉砂岩、顶板粉砂质黏土岩岩体质量均为差等级;RMR法质量评价结果表明中底板、矿体及顶板岩体质量分别为一般、差/一般、差。DW25-250/100型液压支柱可有效支护破碎顶板,支柱合理承载能力为145.9~151.15 kN/m^(2),间距为2 m,排距为2 m,整排支柱用柔性钢丝绳相互牵引以防止倒伏,不同排间形成集群式协同支护。集群式液压支柱护顶空场嗣后充填采矿法应用结果表明,矿石损失率为7.4%,贫化率为4.7%,吨矿成本为124.05元,安全与经济效益明显。There are lots of problems in the mining of the gently inclined broken water-rich deposit of Shuiyindong gold mine,such as difficulties in roof support and low mining efficiency.To solve these problems,the roof support technology was optimized based on the evaluation of rock mass quality,and an open stoping and subsequent backfill mining method under cluster hydraulic prop roof support was further proposed.The results of Q-system rock mass quality evaluation show that the rock mass qualities of floor limestone,ore body clayey siltstone and roof silty clay rock are all poor.The results of RMR method show that the rock mass qualities of the middle floor,ore body and roof are general,poor/general and poor respectively.DW25-250/100 hydraulic prop can effectively support the broken roof.The reasonable bearing capacity of the prop is 145.9-151.15 kN/m^(2),the spacing is 2 m,and the row spacing is 2 m.The whole row of props should be pulled by flexible steel wire rope to prevent lodging,and cluster collaborative support can be realized between different rows.The application results show that the ore loss rate is 7.4%,the dilution rate is 4.7%,the cost of ore is 124.05 RMB per ton,and the safety and economic benefits are obvious.
