摘  要:为了解决内蒙古某锡钨混合精矿中砷含量严重超标的问题,对该精矿进行了锡、钨、砷高效分离试验研究。采用浮选-磁选联合流程,分别获得Sn品位为53.83%、回收率为98.97%的锡精矿和WO_(3)品位为63.96%、回收率为87.70%的钨精矿,并且分离工艺的副产品砷精矿含砷为66.84%,回收率为99.09%,不仅获得了合格钨精矿和锡精矿,同时综合回收了有害元素砷,既实现了钨锡资源高效利用,又降低了有害元素砷对环境的危害。In order to solve the problem that the arsenic content is seriously exceeding the standard in a tin-tungsten mixed concentrate in Inner Mongolia,an experimental study on efficient separation of tin,tungsten and arsenic was carried out on the concentrate.Using the combined process of flotation and magnetic separation,a tin concentrate with Sn grade of 53.83%and recovery rate of 98.97%and a tungsten concentrate with WO_(3) grade of 63.96%and recovery rate of 87.70%were obtained respectively.And the arsenic concentrate,a by-product of separation process,can be obtained with arsenic grade of 66.84%and the recovery rate of 99.09%.The qualified tungsten concentrate and tin concentrate have been obtained,and the harmful element arsenic can be comprehensively recovered,which not only realizes the efficient utilization of tungsten and tin resources,but also reduces the harm of harmful element arsenic to the environment.
