摘 要:为解决某矿山深部巷道围岩的支护问题,采用物理力学性质测试、原岩应力大小及方向测量、岩石蠕变试验和数值模拟等手段对深部高应力复杂条件下不同围岩级别的支护体系开展了研究。首先在该矿山埋深1500 m处布置3个测点,获得该中段的地应力大小、方向;对该中段3种典型围岩(大塘组、摆佐组及马坪组)进行取样,开展力学试验,获得3类围岩物理力学参数,并根据Hoek-Brown准则和相应设计规范对力学参数进行工程修正,获得工程岩体力学参数。然后对3类围岩进行蠕变试验,得出在地应力为45 MPa时,最佳支护时机分别为16 h,8 h,1 h。最后借助FLAC^(3D)对3种主要支护形式进行数值模拟及参数优化,结果表明,大塘组宜采用混凝土,喷厚50~80 mm或锚杆支护,锚杆间排距为(0.8 m×0.8 m)~(1.0 m×1.0 m);摆佐组宜采用混凝土或锚网喷支护,喷厚80~100 mm、锚杆间排距为0.8 m×0.8 m;马坪组采用锚网喷支护,喷厚100 mm、锚杆间排距为0.6 m×0.6 m。In order to solve the support problem of the surrounding rock of the deep roadway in a mine,the support systems of different surrounding rock levels under the conditions of deep high-stress complex rock mass were studied by means of physical and mechanical property test,accurate measurement of the magnitude and direction of the original rock stress,and experimental study of rock creep.Firstly,three measuring points were arranged at the depth of 1500 m of the mine to obtain the magnitude and direction of the in-situ stress in the middle section.Three types of typical surrounding rocks,including Datang formation,Baizuo formation and Maping formation,in the middle section were sampled and mechanical experiments were carried out to obtain the physical and mechanical parameters of the three surrounding rocks.The mechanical parameters were modified according to Hoek Brown criteria and corresponding design specifications to obtain the mechanical parameters of the engineering rock mass.Then,the creep tests on three types of surrounding rocks were carried out,and the results show that when the in-situ stress is 45 MPa,the best supporting time is 16 h,8 h and 1 h respectively.Finally,the numerical simulation and parameter optimization of three main support forms were carried out by FLAC^(3D).The results show that the Datang formation should be supported by concrete with shotcrete thickness of 50-80 mm,or bolt with the row spacing of(0.8 m×0.8 m)-(1.0 m×1.0 m);the Baizuo formation should be supported by concrete or anchor net shotcrete,with spraying thickness of 80-100 mm and bolt row spacing of 0.8 m×0.8 m;the Maping group should adopt bolt net shotcrete support with spray thickness of 100 mm,and bolts row spacing of 0.6 m×0.6 m.
