摘  要:为提高某金矿尾砂胶结充填体稳定性,以聚丙烯纤维作为增强剂,开展了以纤维掺量、纤维长度、矿粉掺量为研究对象的三因素四水平正交试验,考察充填料浆流动性、充填体力学性能及充填体破坏形态的变化规律。研究结果表明:充填料浆流动性与纤维掺量和长度呈负相关,随着纤维掺量的增加,充填料浆塌落度和流动度分别降低8.19%和17.79%;纤维长度从3 mm增加至9 mm的过程中,充填料浆塌落度和流动度分别降低2.49%和7.21%。充填体抗压强度随着纤维掺量和长度的增加表现为先升高后降低的趋势,纤维掺量0.6%是其临界点,此时,养护龄期1 d、3 d、7 d、28 d充填体抗压强度分别为3.87 MPa、9.32 MPa、10.27 MPa、11.88 MPa。掺入纤维的尾砂胶结充填体能够形成较为完整的网络结构,均匀分散外界荷载,阻滞裂纹扩展,微裂纹多且小,使充填体保持较高的整体性。In order to improve the stability of cemented tailings backfill in a gold mine,taking polypropylene fiber as the reinforcing agent,as well as fiber content,fiber length and mineral powder content as the research objects,a three-factor four-level orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the changes of the fluidity of the filling slurry,the mechanical properties of the backfill and the failure morphology of the backfill.The results show that the fluidity of filling slurry is negatively correlated with the fiber content and length.With the increase of fiber content,the slump and fluidity of filling slurry decrease by 8.19%and 17.79%respectively.When the fiber length increases from 3 mm to 9 mm,the slump and fluidity of the filling slurry decrease by 2.49%and 7.21%respectively.The compressive strength of the backfill increases first and then decreases with the increase of fiber content and length.The critical point is 0.6%of fiber content.At this time,the compressive strength of the backfill at the curing age of 1 d,3 d,7 d and 28 d is 3.87 MPa,9.32 MPa,10.27 MPa and 11.88 MPa respectively.The cemented tailings backfill mixed with fiber can form a relatively complete network structure,evenly disperse the external load,block the crack propagation,and have many and small microcracks,so that the backfill can maintain a high integrity.
