Simulation and Experimental Research on the Influence of the Grounding Mode of the Power Supply Cable Shielding Layer on the Lightning Surge of the De-Icing Blades of the Wind Turbine

摘  要:针对采用碳纤维加热网的风机除冰叶片防雷问题,利用3维电磁场仿真软件建立了包含风机叶片、碳纤维网加热系统、引下线、金属网防雷系统的除冰叶片电气模型,结合模型进行了雷击除冰叶片的浪涌仿真分析,同时在高压实验室进行了9 m风机叶尖截面的雷击试验。仿真结果和试验结果具有较好的一致性,研究结果表明:风机除冰叶片供电电缆的屏蔽层应采用双侧接地连接方式,此时,雷电流主要经叶片上下表面的金属屏蔽网,引下线和供电电缆的屏蔽层进行泄放,引下线的分流比例不高,而屏蔽层起到了较好的分流作用,分流比例可达雷电流的1/4,同时在供电电缆的芯线和碳纤维加热网回路产生的感应电流最小;感应电流波形与施加的雷电流波形有一定差异,前者的波头时间和半波长时间均小于后者;感应电流大小与金属屏蔽层的材料有关,当采用铜网表面镀有银粉的屏蔽网时,碳纤维加热网回路的感应电流显著减小,屏蔽效果最好。In response to the anti-ice sheet lightning protection problem,the three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software is used to establish a fan blade,a carbon fiber net heating system,a wire,and a metal net lightning protection system,a combination model is carried out.The simulation analysis of lightning strikes in addition to the ice sheet,and the lightning strike test of the 9 m fan leaf tip was carried out in the high voltage laboratory.The simulation results and test results had better consistency.The results showed that the fan was powered by ice sheet.The shield should be bilaterally grounded,at this time,the lightning current is mainly leaked by the metal shielding layer of the blade,the shielding layer of the line and the power supply cable is discharged,and the split ratio of the line is not high,while the shielding layer has played a better diversion effect,and the diversion ratio can reach 1/4 of lightning current.At the same time,the induced current generated in the core wire and carbon fiber heating network circuit of the power supply cable is minimized;the induced current waveform is different from the applied lightning waveform.The wave head time and half wave for a long time are smaller than the latter;the induction current size is also related to the material of the metal shielding layer.When the surface of the copper web is plated with a silver powder shield,the induced current of the carbon fiber heating network is significantly reduced,and the shielding effect is the best.
