摘 要:为了满足地铁直流牵引供电系统抵御过电压风险的需求,研制了地铁用复合外套无间隙金属氧化物避雷器,设计了避雷器的结构及关键技术参数,开发出避雷器,并依据NB/T 42049—2015规定的试验项目,开展了残压试验、方波冲击电流耐受试验、动作负载试验、外套的绝缘耐受试验及机械负荷试验、湿气侵入试验和密封试验验证工作。研究结果表明:避雷器10 kA下雷电冲击残压和陡波冲击残压分别为4.62 kV和5.05 kV,1 kA下操作冲击残压为3.94 kV,方波冲击耐受电流为1200 A,电阻片老化系数为0.9,100 kA大电流冲击动作负载前后避雷器的残压变化率仅为-0.2%,避雷器复合外套的正、负极性雷电冲击电压均>61.5 kV,直流湿耐受电压>40.2 kV,机械负荷试验前后避雷器的直流1 mA参考电压变化率为0.4%、漏电流变化量为2μA、局放变化量为0.7 pC和残压变化率为0.4%,湿气侵入试验前后避雷器的直流1 mA参考电压变化率为0.7%、漏电流变化量为2μA、局放变化量为0.7 pC和残压变化率为0.4%,密封试验前后避雷器的直流1 mA参考电压变化率为-0.4%、漏电流变化量为2μA和局放变化量为0.4 pC,完全满足技术要求,具备挂网运行条件。In order to meet the need of metro DC traction power supply system to withstand the risk of overvoltage,a metal oxide arrester without gap for metro was developed.The structure and key technical parameters of the arrester were designed.Metal oxide arrester was developed,and residual voltage test,square wave impulse current withstand test,action load test,arrester jacket lightning impulse voltage test,mechanical load test,moisture intrusion test and sealing test were carried out according to NB/T 42049-2015.The results show that the lightning impulse residual voltage is 4.62 kV,steep wave impulse residual voltage is 5.05 kV,operating impulse residual voltage is 3.94 kV under 1 kA,square wave impulse current is 1200 A,aging factor of resistor is 0.9.The residual voltage change rate of the arrester before and after the high current(at 100 kA)impulse action load is only-0.2%.The positive and negative lightning impulse voltage of arrester jacket is over 61.5 kV,and DC wet withstand voltage is over 40.2 kV.The DC 1 mA reference voltage,leakage current,partial discharge,residual voltage change rate/variation of the arrester before and after the mechanical load test are 0.4%,2μA,0.7 pC and 0.4%.The DC 1 mA reference voltage,leakage current,partial discharge,residual voltage change rate/variation of the arrester before and after the moisture intrusion test are 0.7%,2μA,0.7 pC and 0.4%.The DC 1 mA reference voltage,leakage current,partial discharge change rate/variation of the arrester before and after the sealing test are-0.4%,2μA and 0.4 pC.The above test results fully meet the technical requirements.The metal oxide arrester for metro has operating conditions.
