摘  要:可控自恢复消能装置避雷器采用防闪络结构,可以有效防止单个电阻片侧面闪络引起整只避雷器故障,并通过监测系统及时查找故障点,以便得到及时处理,不会造成线路异常停电。避雷器具有并联柱数多、吸收能量大、动作次数多、通流时间长的特点。研究电阻片多次冲击能量耐受以及耐受后电阻片的性能变化情况,对确保避雷器长期可靠运行具有重要意义。试验以平高东芝(廊坊)避雷器有限公司用于白鹤滩-江苏工程虞城站可控自恢复消能装置避雷器的电阻片为对象,研究了电阻片依次进行210次冲击能量耐受试验、加速老化试验、大电流冲击耐受试验以及热稳定试验,分析试验过程中电阻片的特征参量变化情况,以及将耐受210次冲击能量耐受试验后的电阻片与新电阻片进行比较试验,分析电阻片间特征参量变化情况。结果表明:电阻片经受210次冲击能量耐受后,电阻片保护性能没有明显变化,电阻片性能满足工程需求。Controllable and adaptive energy absorption device arrester adopts anti-flashover structure,which can effectively prevent the whole arrester failure caused by the side flashover of a single resistor,and find the fault point quickly through the monitoring system,so as to be dealt with in time,and will not cause abnormal line power outage.The arrester has the characteristics of multiple parallel columns,large energy absorption,more action times and long current-carrying time.In order to ensure the long-term reliable operation of arresters,it is of great significance to study on the resistor’s ability to withstand multiple energy tolerance and the performance change after long-duration current impulse.The test is aimed at the resistors of PG Toshiba(Langfang)arrester Co.,Ltd.for the controllable arrester at Baihetan-Jiangsu Engineering Yucheng Station.210 times energy tolerance test,accelerated ageing test,high current impulse test and thermal recovery test were carried out and the characteristic parameters variation of the resistors during the tests are analyzed.Compare the resistors after 210 times energy tolerance tests with the new resistors.The results showed that,after 210 times energy tolerance test,there was no significant change in the protection performance of the resistors,which satisfy the engineering requirements.
