摘  要:输电线路在运行过程中容易受到风力作用而发生风偏,特高压紧凑型输电线路由于本身相间距离较小,更易受风偏影响出现电气或机械事故。线路在自然环境中运行受到的风载荷具有脉动成分,其对导线风偏的影响不可忽略。因此,有必要研究在包含脉动成分的风载荷作用下线路的运动特性,从而采取有针对性的抑制措施。本研究通过自编程软件仿真计算了稳态风和脉动风作用下三相导线发生风偏不同期摆动时的最小相间距离、不平衡张力和悬挂点张力,研究了风偏特性与风速、档距和冰厚之间的关系。结果表明,与稳态风相比在脉动风作用下可能出现的最小相间距离更小,可能出现的悬挂点张力和最大不平衡张力更大,不利于线路的长期安全运行。脉动风条件下覆冰导线的最小相间距离与档距长度呈负相关,随覆冰厚度的增加先减小后增大。同时发现,对于容易发生相间闪络的大档距架空输电线路,通过合理配置相间间隔棒能够对脉动风作用下覆冰导线的风偏起到较好的抑制作用。Transmission lines are susceptible to the wind.The wind may cause conductor swing during operation.Ultra High Voltage(UHV)compact transmission lines are easily affected by conductor swing,which leads to electrical or mechanical accidents due to reduced inter-phase clearance.It is widely believed that the wind load on the transmission lines in real-world scenarios contains fluctuating components,and its influence on the conductor swing can not be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to study the dynamic behavior of the transmission line under the action of wind load with fluctuating components to suppress the conductor swing.The authors analyze the minimum inter-phase clearance,the unbalanced tension and the tension at the suspension point during the conductor swing under the action of steady-state wind and fluctuating wind by a nonlinear mechanical software.The conductor swing characteristics at different wind speeds,span lengthens,and ice thicknesses are also studied.The simulation results show that the minimum inter-phase clearance that occurs under fluctuating wind is smaller,and the tension at the suspension point and the maximum unbalanced tension are greater compared with the steady-state wind,which is harmful to the long-term operation of the transmission line.It is found that the minimum inter-phase clearance of the iced conductor is negatively correlated with span length.It decreases first and then increases with the increase of the thickness.In addition,for the long-span overhead transmission lines which suffer from inter-phase flashover,the reasonable installation of inter-phase spacers can play a good role in suppressing the conductor swing of the iced conductor under the action of fluctuating wind.
