摘 要:以816 kV直流旁路开关为研究对象,通过有限元仿真分析,对816 kV直流旁路开关进行静力学分析,得到支柱复合套管应力及变形分布情况,其最大等效负荷值为15.96 MPa,满足强度要求,最大变形值为107.06 mm,与拉力试验偏移量基本一致。其次对816 kV直流旁路开关进行抗震性能仿真分析,得到支柱复合套管最大计算负荷为67.6 MPa,满足电力设施抗震设计规范要求,然后进行抗震性能试验,获得了其应变响应及位移响应曲线,由测量点数据计算的支柱复合套管最小安全系数为1.72,且抗震试验后产品外观良好。因此,816 kV直流旁路开关通过了0.4 g工况下的抗震性能试验,并通过了绝缘及密封试验检验,验证了整机结构设计的合理性,为内部导电结构的优化及外部接线端子空间布局设计奠定基础。Taking 816 kV DC bypass switch as the research object,through finite element simulation analysis,the static analysis of 816 kV DC bypass switch is carried out,and the stress and deformation distribution of pillar composite bushing are obtained.The maximum equivalent stress value is 15.96 MPa,which meets the strength requirements,and the maximum deformation value is 107.06 mm,which is basically consistent with the offset of tensile test.Secondly,the seismic performance of 816 kV DC bypass switch is simulated and analyzed.It is obtained that the maximum calculated stress of pillar composite bushing is 67.6 MPa,which satisfies the requirements of seismic design code for power facilities.Then,the seismic performance test is carried out,and its strain response and displacement response curves are obtained.The minimum safety factor of pillar composite bushing calculated from the data of measurement points is 1.72,the appearance of the product is good after the seismic test.Therefore,816 kV DC bypass switch has passed the seismic performance test under 0.4 g working condition and the dielectric test as well as tightness tests,which verifies the rationality of the structural design of the whole machine,and lays a foundation for the optimization of internal conductive structure and the spatial layout design of external wiring terminals.
