摘　　要：本文全面总结了“十三五”安徽省非金属矿产资源勘查和开发利用情况,分析总结了第三轮矿产资源规划实施成效和存在问题。探讨了“十四五”安徽省经济社会发展对非金属矿业的形势要求和需求分析,提出了“十四五”非金属矿产调查评价方向、重点勘查区、矿权出让和综合利用等方面建议。Comprehensively summarizes the general situation and development and utilization of non-metallic mineral resources in Anhui Province at the end of the 13th Five Year Plan period,and analyzes and studies the implementation results and existing problems of the third round of mineral resources planning.Discusses the situation requirements and demand analysis of the economic and social development of Anhui Province for non-metallic mining during the"14th Five-year Plan",and puts forward suggestions on the investigation and evaluation direction of non-metallic minerals,key exploration areas,transfer of mineral rights and comprehensive utilization during the"14th Five-year Plan".
