萧绎的自我疗救与思想超越——以《金楼子》为中心

摘　　要：萧绎一生备受疾病困扰,不仅患有眼疾、疥疮等生理疾病,还有心气疾等精神疾病。从医疗文学的视角来看,萧绎的自我疗救努力及情感体验是《金楼子》的核心内容之一,超越疾患与追求不朽是《金楼子》的重要主题。书中不仅记录了他通过诸种方式尤其读书、著书等进行疾病控制和自我治疗的艰难历程,也反映了他精神自疗与思想超越的挣扎与失落。对这一论题进行深入探讨,或可对萧绎其人其事做出全新解读,对于中古医疗文学研究也有重要的意义。Xiao Yi suffered from diseases all his life,including physical diseases such as eye diseases and scabies,and mental diseases like anxiety and bad mood.From the perspective of medical literature,Xiao Yi’s self-treatment efforts and emotional experiences are one of the core contents of the book Jin Lou Zi.Transcending disease and pursuing immortality are the important theme of Jin Lou Zi.The book not only records his hardships of disease control and self-treatment especially through reading and writing,but also reflects his struggle and loss of spiritual self-treatment and ideological transcendence.The further study of this topic may provide a new interpretation of Xiao Yi and his life,which is also of great significance to the study of ancient Chinese medical literature.
