摘　　要：历史建筑承载功能多样、建筑风格多元、延续各时期文脉,是中华优秀传统文化的重要载体之一,自2021年被正式列为北京历史文化名城的保护对象。北京的历史建筑保护工作尚处在起步阶段,结合课题组的近期工作,本文回顾了北京历史建筑保护的发展历程,深入剖析北京历史建筑的特征,总结其面临的保护更新难点,借鉴国内其他城市的成熟经验,提出现阶段北京历史建筑保护更新的初步构思。As one of the important carriers of China’s excellent traditional culture,historic buildings carry diverse functions and architectural styles,as well as continuing the cultural heritage of different periods.In 2021,historic buildings were officially listed as objects of protection in the historical and cultural city of Beijing.The conservation of historic buildings in Beijing is still in its infancy.Based on the recent work of the research team,this paper reviews the development process of historic building conservation in Beijing,analyses the characteristics in depth,and summarises the difficulties in conservation and renewal.At the same time,by drawing on the mature experience of other cities in China,the paper puts forward a preliminary concept for the conservation and renewal of historic buildings in Beijing.
