摘　　要：历史文化街区与当代城市环境之间的关系在不可逆转的城市更新趋势背景下被不断重塑。而在双碳目标下,历史文化街区更新设计的文化性、活力性、可持续性迫切需要新的思考。本文以武汉江汉路南片区更新概念方案为例、以历史建筑文化价值利用、改善街区微气候、提升空间布局通达性及优化商业活力为切入点,探讨历史文化街区更新设计中的绿色可持续规划与活力复兴,旨在为其他历史文化街区的改造升级提供一些新的方法与思路。Under the irresistible trend of urban regeneration,the relationship between historic and cultural blocks and the urban environment is being reshaped.Meanwhile,the revitalisation of historic and cultural blocks requires a review of culture,vitality and sustainability due to the goals of peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.This article discusses the eco-sustainable planning and revitalisation of historic and cultural blocks through the adaption of the cultural values of the historic buildings,the optimisation of micro-climate,the enhancement of the spatial layout,and the innovation of the business model based on the case study of Wuhan’ s Jiang’ an South District renovation conceptual design.This case study aims to provide some new methods and inspiration for the regeneration of historic and cultural blocks.
