摘　　要：历史建筑的保护与可持续利用是当今城市更新的重要课题之一。历史建筑具有深厚的文化沉积和社会意义,但同时也存在着与当今社会需求有一定差距的问题。本文以武汉剧院文物保护工程为例,从建筑历史价值、周边城市空间研究、国家的相关政策研究等方面进行综合分析,从建筑、结构、机电、声学、内装修、外装修等方面提出最优的保护与可持续利用的方式,总结出历史保护建筑可持续利用的策略与原则。The conservation and sustainable utilisation of historic buildings is one of the key issues in urban renewal.Historic buildings have profound cultural deposition and social significance,but at the same time,there is a gap between them and the needs of today’s society.Taking the Wuhan Theatre heritage conservation project as an example,this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the historical value of the building itself,a study of the surrounding urban space,and a study of relevant national policies,puts forward an optimised approach to the conservation and sustainable utilisation from the aspects of architecture,structure,electromechanics,acoustics,interior decoration,exterior decoration,etc.,and then summarises the strategies and principles for the sustainable utilisation of histo rical cons ervation buildings.
