摘 要:以中国西南地区53份薏苡核心种质为材料,进行种仁5种甘油三酯含量检测和SSR遗传关系分析。结果表明:不同薏苡种质种仁中5种甘油三酯含量存在广泛变异,变异系数为47.56%~58.24%,遗传多样性指数为5.78~5.84。1-棕榈酸-2-油酸-3-亚油酸甘油酯含量最高,其次为三油酸甘油酯、1,2-亚油酸-3-油酸甘油酯和1,2-油酸-3亚油酸甘油酯,三亚油酸甘油酯含量最低,5种甘油三酯成分含量呈显著正相关。利用20对SSR引物对核心种质进行扫描,种质间表现了较高的遗传多样性,遗传相似系数为0.29~0.85。薏苡核心种质基于甘油三酯含量的聚类分析结果同基于遗传相似系数的聚类分析结果基本一致,本研究结果为高油薏苡种质创新及品种选育提供了理论依据。Based on 53 Coix core germplasm in Southwest China,the content of five triglycerides in seed kernel and the genetic relationship of SSR were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of five triglycerides in the seeds of different Coix germplasm varied widely,the coefficient of variation was 47.56%~58.24%,and the genetic diversity index was 5.78~5.84.The content of POL was the highest,followed by OOO,LLO and LLO.The content of LLL was the lowest,and the content of five triglycerides showed a significant positive correlation.20 pairs of SSR primers were used to scan the core germplasm,which showed high genetic diversity,and the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.29~0.85.The results of cluster analysis based on triglyceride content of Coix core germplasm were basically consistent with those based on genetic similarity coefficient.The results provided a theoretical basis for germplasm innovation and variety breeding of Coix lacryma-jobi L..
