失水胁迫与复水对绣球切花采后品质的影响

摘　　要：绣球(Hydrangea macrophylla)切花花大色艳、寓意美好,越来越受市场欢迎,但绣球切花花序硕大,对短暂失水反应强烈,极易因此丧失观赏价值。本研究以绣球切花为材料,研究了失水胁迫及复水对绣球切花寿命、花径、弯颈程度、鲜质量、可溶性糖、呼吸强度、电导率及脯氨酸含量变化的影响。结果表明,失水主要引起绣球切花萎蔫,导致弯颈和花径变小,降低观赏价值。但不长于12 h的失水胁迫各时间点复水后瓶插寿命差异不显著。尽管稍长时间的失水对细胞膜有一定程度损害,但失水引起脯氨酸积累以抵御水分亏缺,短期失水可以经复水接近原始状态。绣球切花不长于12 h失水胁迫经复水后对其观赏品质及生理的影响不大,因此在采后流通中,如果条件限制只能干藏,建议时间不超过12 h,并应在此期间及时采用深水法复水以保证切花品质。Hydrangea cut flowers are becoming m ore and more popular in the market because of its large and gorgeous flower and good implication,but the inflorescence of Hydrangea cut flowers is huge and reacts strongly to brief water loss,which makes it very easy to lose its ornamental value.In this study,Hydrangea cut flowers were used as materials for an in-depth study on the effects of water-loss stress and rehydration on the vase life,inflorescence diameter,degree of curved neck,fresh weight,soluble sugar,respiration intensity,relative electrical conductivity and proline content of Hydrangea.The results show that water loss mainly causes wilting of Hydrangea cut flowers,resulting in bent necks and smaller flower diameters,which reduced the ornamental value.However,there was no significant difference in vase life after rehydration at different time points under water-loss stress of less than 12 h.Although the water-loss for a relatively long time can damage the cell membrane to some extent,the water-loss can cause proline accumulation to counteract water deficit,and short-term water-loss can be rehydrated to approach the original state.No longer than 12 h water-loss stress on Hydrangea cut flowers have little effect on their ornamental quality and physiology.Therefore,in the post-harvest circulation,if only dry storage is allowed due to factual conditions,it is recommended that the time does not exceed 12 h,during which time deep water rehydration should be used in time to ensure the quality of cut flowers.
