摘  要:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定预脱碳液中铬的分析方法。采用灼烧超声法对预脱碳液样品进行处理,在取样体积为1.00 mL,干燥温度为90℃,灼烧时间为2 h,超声脱气时间为5 min的最佳实验条件下,将样品中的绝大部分二氧化碳脱除,定容后进入原子吸收仪进行分析。在最佳仪器条件下,铬离子的质量浓度在0.00~2.50 mg/L范围内与吸收峰面积有良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.15%~0.37%(n=6),样品加标回收率为92.0%~96.3%。与采用直接的溶解稀释法分析结果相比,该方法能够消除预脱碳液中影响分析稳定性的二氧化碳,分析结果准确度更高,可用于预脱碳液中铬离子含量的准确分析。A method for the determination of chromium in pre-decarburization solution by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The sample of pre-decarburization solution was treated by burning ultrasonic method.Under the optimal experimental conditions of sample value of 1.00 mL,drying temperature of 90℃,burning time of 2 h,and ultrasonic degassing time of 5 min,the vast majority of carbon dioxide in the sample was removed at a constant volume and then the sample was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometer.The mass concentration of chromium ion in the range of 0.00-2.50 mg/L had a good linear relationship with the absorption peak area with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The relative standard deviation of the method was 0.15%-0.37%(n=6),the recovery of the sample standard addition was 92.0%-96.3%.Compared with the direct solution dilution method,this method could eliminate carbon dioxide in the pre-decarburization solution which affected the stability of the analysis,and the analysis result was more accurate,which was able to be used for the accurate analysis of the chromium ion content in the pre-decarburization solution.
