摘　　要：为了进一步了解溶剂型可剥涂料常用的SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物)树脂的成膜性能,依据相关国家标准,分别考察了漆膜厚度、增塑剂的使用以及树脂重均分子量对SEBS树脂成膜性能的影响。结果表明:SEBS树脂成膜时出现的开裂问题是由漆膜收缩产生的内应力造成,在选择SEBS树脂制备涂料时,应尽量选择重均分子量小于140 000的SEBS树脂。To further understand the film-forming properties of SEBS(styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) resins commonly used in solvent-based strippable coatings,the effects of paint film thickness,plasticizer usage and resin weight average molecular weight on the film-forming properties of SEBS resins were investigated respectively according to relevant national standards.Results showed that the cracking problem arose during the film formation of SEBS resins was caused by the internal stress resulting from the shrinkage of the paint film.Hence,a SEBS resin with a weight average molecular weight less than 140 000 shall be selected as far as possible when preparing a coating with SEBS resin.
