摘  要:恶劣的海洋腐蚀环境已逐渐成为导致海上平台装备腐蚀和阻碍油气资源开发利用的关键因素。为全面地研究海上平台设施的腐蚀因素及规律,提出科学有效的腐蚀控制方法,首先通过室内模拟加速实验,利用失重法、电化学方法研究海上设施钢材Q235的腐蚀规律和机理。在此基础上设计并评价针对海上设施防护的涂层体系。研究成果可为海洋环境下的腐蚀分析和防腐蚀涂层体系的设计和性能评价提供借鉴。The harsh marine corrosive environment has gradually become the key factor causing serious corrosion problems of offshore platform equipment and impeding the development and utilization of oil and gas resources.For comprehensively studying the corrosion factors and laws of offshore platform facilities and proposing a scientific and effective corrosion control method,accelerated laboratory simulation experiments were carried out,and weight loss and electrochemical methods were used to study the corrosion laws and mechanisms of offshore facilities.On this basis,a coating system for the protection of offshore facilities was designed and evaluated.The research results could provide reference for the corrosion analysis and the anti-corrosion coating system design and performance evaluation for marine environment.
