标准化护理降低老年高危患者跌倒率的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究标准化护理降低老年高危患者跌倒率的临床观察。方法:选取吉林省前卫医院于2021年1月~2021年12月接受治疗的76例老年高危患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组以及对照组,各38例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组标准化护理,比较两组患者跌倒率、睡眠质量以及护理满意评分。结果:观察组跌倒率、心理状态、睡眠质量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理在老年高危患者护理中能有效降低跌倒率,有利于其睡眠质量的改善。Objective:To study the clinical observation of standardized nursing to reduce the fall rate of elderly highrisk patients.Methods:76 elderly high-risk patients who received treatment in Jilin Avant-Garde Hospital from January2021 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to the control group and standardized nursing was given to the observation group.The fall rate,psychological state,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results:The fall rate,mental state and sleep quality of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing can effectively reduce the fall rate in elderly high-risk patients and improve their sleep quality.
