摘　　要：目的:分析在常规护理中追加采用癌痛标准化护理流程,对肺癌病人疼痛效果的改善作用。方法:选取2020年2月~2022年8月于蚌埠医学院第二附属医院进行治疗的肺癌患者50例,按照其入院顺序的前后进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。予以对照组患者常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上额外采用癌痛标准化护理流程,在结束护理后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)测量患者疼痛指数,并进行对比。结果:在接受护理干预之后,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),说明其疼痛程度低于对照组。结论:癌痛标准化护理流程用于新入院肺癌患者的护理干预工作中,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛程度。Objective:To analyze the effect of adding standardized nursing process of cancer pain in routine nursing on the improvement of pain effect of lung cancer patients.Methods:50 patients with lung cancer treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2020 to August 2022 were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.The patients in the observation group additionally were given the standardized nursing process of cancer pain on the basis of the control group.After the nursing,the pain index was measured by visual analog score(VAS)and compared.Results:After receiving nursing intervention,the visual analog score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The standardized nursing process of cancer pain can effectively reduce the degree of pain of newly admitted patients with lung cancer.
