摘 要:当代大学生被称为“移动互联网时代的原住民”,相较生于80年代、90年代的大学生,他们家庭的物质条件相对优越,家庭环境和家长的教育理念相对也更加民主、开明。因而当代大学生的自我认知水平、兴趣爱好、注意力特点等方面的发展、变化,使传统“目标驱动”或“任务驱动”的教学方法已不再适用。研究根据当代大学生的特点,结合心流理论与沉浸式体验方法,提出通过任务凝练、情景创造、机制设计3个模块,导向目标明确、及时反馈、技能与挑战平衡、沉浸体验4种心流前兆,让学生在学习过程中产生心流体验与心流结果的目标的教学方法,即内生驱动教学。Contemporary college students are known as the"indigenous people in the era of mobile Internet".Compared with those born in the 1980s and 1990s,their family conditions are relatively superior,family environment and parents'educational beliefs are relatively more democratic and open-minded.Therefore,the traditional"goal-driven"or"task-driven"teaching methods are no longer applicable for their self-awareness level,hobbies and attention characteristics.According to the characteristics of contemporary college students,combined with flow theory and immersive experience,this paper puts forward an Intrinsic-driven Teaching model,which takes task arrangement,scenario creation and mechanism design as three modules,and clear objectives,timely feedback,skill and task balance and immersive experience as four flow antecedents,aiming to effect the flow experience and flow results in students’learning process.
