柴平汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎伴躯体化症状临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴平汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎伴躯体化症状的临床效果。方法:78例按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组用多潘立酮片治疗,观察组用柴平汤治疗。结果:治疗后两组善太息、胃胀、口苦、泛酸、胃痛胃炎症状积分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P>0.05)。观察组脉象、舌苔、不欲饮食、胸骨后不适、嗳气胃炎症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组躯体化症状均改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。躯体化症状总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。胆汁反流总有效率观察组高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.044,P<0.05)。结论:柴平汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎伴躯体化症状效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaiping Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with somatization symptoms.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with domperidone tablets,while the observation group were treated with Chaiping Decoction.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of shantaixi,bloating,bitter mouth,pantothenic acid and stomach pain in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).The symptom scores of pulse,tongue coating,unwillingness to eat,retrosternal discomfort,and belching gastritis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of somatization in the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of somatization symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of bile reflux in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.044,P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaiping Decoction is effective in treating bile reflux gastritis with somatization symptoms.
