滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产的疗效及对血清学指标的影响。方法:62例随机分为两组各31例,观察组用滋肾育胎丸及黄体酮胶囊治疗,对照组仅用黄体酮胶囊治疗。结果:治疗2周后观察组血清学指标、中医症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产能够增强疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Progesterone Capsule in the treatment of threatened abortion and the effect on serological indexes.Methods:Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Zishen Yutai Pills and Progesterone Capsules,while the control group were only treated with Progesterone Capsules.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the serological indexes and TCM symptom scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yutai Pills combined with progesterone capsules could enhance the curative effect in the treatment of threatened abortion,with safety.
