MIS-TLIF手术配合三七接骨丸治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察三七接骨丸联合MIS-TLIF手术治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,两组均予MIS-TLIF手术治疗,试验组加用三七接骨丸口服治疗。结果:两组术后血清BMP-2指标均改善,且试验组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后1个月、3个月的NRS评分和ODI评分均优于治疗前,且试验组评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三七接骨丸可加速椎体间融合,降低术后疼痛及改善功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sanqi Jiegu Pills combined with MIS-TLIF in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with MIS-TLIF surgery,and the experimental group were additionally treated with Sanqi Jiegu Pills.Results:The serum BMP-2 indexes of the two groups were improved after operation,and the improvement degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores and ODI scores of the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation were better than those before treatment,and the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi Jiegu Pills could accelerate interbody fusion,reduce postoperative pain and improve function.
