皮牵引下甩肩法治疗肱骨外科颈NeerⅠ-Ⅲ型骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察皮牵引下甩肩法治疗肱骨外科颈NeerⅠ-Ⅲ型骨折的疗效。方法:40例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组用甩肩法治疗,对照组用夹板外固定法治疗。结果:肩关节症状和体征改善在2周时治疗组与对照组相差不大,但在4周、8周时治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:皮牵引下甩肩法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效满意。Objective:To observe the curative effect of swing shoulder method under skin traction in the treatment of NeerⅠ-Ⅲfractures of the surgical neck of the humerus.Methods:Forty cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The treatment group were treated with shoulder shake,while the control group were treated with splint external fixation.Results:There was not much difference in the improvement of symptoms and signs of shoulder joint between the treatment group and the control group at the 2nd week in treatmnent,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group at the 4th week and the 8th week.Conclusion:The swing shoulder method under skin traction has satisfactory therapeutic effect in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures.
